These rankings are as of the episodes premiering October 18th to October 24th.

S: Must Watch

Episodes I believe you must watch or are missing out on.

1. Bleach. Ep. 3

Very interesting episode. For even Orihime to not be able to heal the soul king is surprising and their death means trouble for all worlds. Ukitake having part of the soul king was an interesting but well done reveal. Of course, what most will speak about is Aizen and for good reason; every time he shows up, he steals the show. Great episode, this arc has been a lot of fun despite some criticism.

3. Re:ZERO. Ep. 4

The fights start, Subaru and team hop into action though I wonder how effective he will be without Beatrice. Of course, his revival ability is all powerful but even tries to avoid it like the plague. While the sins are causing havoc and pain around the city, it’s nice to know they’re cordial. As for the ending, well that’s personal mister!

2. DAN DA DAN. Ep. 4

Ken might be the only guy in the world to say no to granny Ayase, I wouldn’t have skipped a beat at least. The battle against turbo granny was great and weird. For now that is what I like best about this show, it’s weird and embraces it through great ideas and moments. The ending was also heavy but it is delivered well and adds some great lore to turbo granny. I wonder where we go from here, but after that episode preview it seems that not all is well yet.

Good episodes, anime I would recommend to someone looking for something to watch.

4. Demon Lord 2099. Ep. 2

How do we get the old demon lords’ popularity to sky rocket in the future? Why streaming of course. I really liked Veltol this episode, he doesn’t try to take advantage of Machina who is solely devoted to him and gets up to recover immediately. It’s admirable and I wonder how he was as a king. I look forward to more and hope for some great character development amongst the main characters.

6. Blue Box. Ep. 5

A well deserved aquarium date but I’m glad Chinatsu and Taiki cleared some things between each other. Of course, Taiki still has a long way to go before reaching his goal and he may meet some more challenges on the way. The next? Explaining his current living situation to an old friend.

5. Ranma 1/2. Ep. 3

The fighting in this anime is fun to watch though I wonder if Ranma will ever meet his match. As for Ranma, it seems his most difficult battle is staying away from cold water. Also, his endurance is insane as he just takes hot water to the body like it’s nothing. Of course, falling for miss Ranma is understandable, it leaves the debate open: is Ranma best girl or boy?

7. Dragon Ball DAIMA. Ep. 2

Master Roshi s having the time of his life now and it’s nice to see. The search for Goku’s power pole was also fun to see and its location was funny. With some new introductions and Bulma getting a good reference for Supreme kai’s spaceship we’re sure to get more of the group in the demon realm. For now, however, it’ll be just Goku. I do wonder how much his strength has been affected but I look forward to more of this, the animation is just wonderful.

B: Good/Solid

8. Yakuza Fiancé: Raise wa Tanin ga Ii. Ep. 3

What a way to start an episode, I verbally said WOW! And looked behind me to see if my door was closed. Kirishima and Shouma will either become great friends or mortal enemies, either way I can see lots of fun antics based around Yoshino. The meeting of families was also interesting and I believe it is setting up for some major events soon to come, I only hope Yoshino will remain safe.

10. If My Wife Became an Elementary School Student. Ep. 4

The struggles of an introvert were in full display this episode but I’m glad Mai took her mother’s advice and succeeded. Now, Takae, or Marika, must deal with her current mother developing new relationships. It’s interesting look into this as it’s a prevalent thing in modern day. Still, I look for my wholesomeness with the main family as we continue forward.

12. Blue Lock. Ep. 3

The episode reminded of why it was is popular in the first place, it’s just very fun to watch for the hype moments. Nagi going into the flow was well done and a great scene for the viewer. Of course, memes about the animation continue but this anime has never had the most stellar animation. For what it is, fun, it does it well.

9. 2.5 Dimensional Seduction. Ep. 16

One of the scariest things about releasing a creative work is it failing or receiving hate. For many, their creative works are labors of love so failure can be devastating. It seems something similar happened to Aria’s dad and I wonder if she cosplays the character in hopes of bringing his moral back. Whatever it may be, it’s surprising she isn’t much into anime and manga considering her family is in the business. Or maybe that is why she strays from it. Want to know what’s even more surprising? No best girl Mikari this episode! Bring back best girl!

Negative Positive Angler. Ep. 4

Hana’s pettiness speaks to me, I too thrive off such pettiness. Hearing about her situation and age was surprising, though it isn’t enough for Sasaki to forgive her predetermined pettiness attack. I’m sure he’ll find his own jab soon enough, but I wonder if he is forgetting a certain health condition. I’d like for them to bring it up soon as it will cause a big change in the dynamic.

C: It’s ok/Fine

These are shows I happen to pick up but struggle to finish. Still watchable, but not without a good break in between episodes.

13. Loner Life in Another World. Ep. 4

Haruka attempting to escape only to be taken back by carriage was funny. Still, if Haruka tried hard enough he could get away without much trouble. If I’m honest, none of the girls seem to care about him other than the president. Marry her and take her back, call it a day. So far, this anime has had little for me to enjoy, it’s just the seasonal slosh for now. I’d like for them to focus on something, comedy or lore. Or, the forbidden nectar, none other than ecchi.

D: Do Not Recommend

Shows I do not recommend you not watch for various issues.

F: Bad

Anime with glaring issues that make them not only difficult to watch, but the watcher angry at times.
